At International House Limited we pride ourselves with outstanding security standards. We offer security as value addition to our tenants because we house high caliber tenants in both our commercial and residential property.

Due to the high caliber of tenants in all our Property, we strive to ensure that stringent security measures are observed at all times. Our well-trained In House security guards carry out strict control and monitoring of people when they access to and egress from International House, our flagship property as well as all our other property.

We have a modern turnstile system that controls entry and exit into International House, this monitors and controls people coming in and going out of the building.

In addition to this we have a police post in the building with a total of 15 police officers who patrol the building 24 hours.
