International House Limited was established in 1985. Its first property was International House which it purchased from Queensway Development Corporation (a British Company). Since then, the company hasexpanded by developing a further portfolio of properties.

In furtherance to ownership the company inherited and has proliferated a culture of top quality services provision in any property that they own. The company has its own in house management team that comprises of administration,finance, security and maintenance departments. This is therefore not the traditional property company but a company built around a model for comprehensive facility management.
