Our conference room is an ultra modern facility, superbly furnished and equipped with state of the art equipment. Our conference room is equipped with the latest and finest state of the art audio visual equipment. Organizations can now hire a fully equipped conference room and not incur additional costs for utilizing the audio visual equipment; they can utilize the equipment at the cost for hiring the conference room.

The audio visual equipment comprises;

  • 63’’ Samsung HDMI Plasma TV Screen
  • Sony DVD Player and music system
  • Extron HAS  Table top; connects a laptop to the plasma screen for  presentations
  • Digital Surround Sound
  • Video conferencing.

We offer administrative, technical and business support services and all services required to hold a successful meeting.

Our conference room is ideal for corporate board meetings, press conferences, trainings, seminars, focus groups, multimedia presentation meetings and other business meetings.

It’s available for hire on hourly, half day and full day rates. We also offer full conference packages. We ensure utmost customer satisfaction, hence tailor each meeting and conference requirements to suit each individual clients needs.

Meeting Rooms

We have two well appointed meeting rooms each with a capacity of five participants, available for hire on hourly, half day and full day basis.  

The meeting rooms are private and discreet, designed in a professional business environment. We provide all support services that clients need to hold a productive meeting.

They are ideal for interviews, discussion groups, consultations, focus group meetings, trainings and other business meetings.

We also do not charge for utilization of audio/visual equipment, this is all inclusive in the conference room rental charge.
